He built the marketing department from scratch and was responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that totally repositioned the airport. Juraj played a leading role within the airport team focused on air service development that managed to bring several new airlines to Košice. Since June 2018 he´s been enjoying his new role with AviaDev. In May 2019 he was appointed as Managing Director for AviaDev Europe.

Martin Gauss is the Chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of airBaltic since November 2011. Under his leadership Martin Gauss has successfully carried out a robust turnaround plan for the airline that was close to bankruptcy and led the company to a strong growth and profitability
Martin Gauss is in the aviation industry for 28 years and he started out as a pilot on Boeing 737 with British Airways subsidiary Deutsche BA in 1992. From 1995 he was working in different management functions of Deutsche BA, and became a joint Managing Director of Deutsche BA (dba) and a 10% stakeholder. Under Martin Gauss dba became profitable and was sold to Air Berlin in 2006. Martin Gauss still holds a Captains license.

Enzo Zangrilli was born in Mirano (near Venice, Italy) on the 7th of May 1970.
After graduating from Venice classical lyceum and carrying out commercial law studies at the University of Bologna, he has worked in a number of countries for over a decade in the contracting and technical tendering management arena for large multinational companies, such as the Pilkington group, IMERYS and ABB.
In the Aviation Industry, Enzo has covered a number of roles as Senior Executive for easyJet, Alitalia, Menzies Aviation, Aviapartner and private aviation companies in the Middle East, being responsible for contracts, procurement of airport services and addressing the economic regulation in both Airlines and Airports alike.
After working for Trieste Airport as Commercial Director for the Aviation and non Aviation Development, Enzo has opened an International Aviation consultancy company working for Airport, Airlines and Ground Handlers.

Rebecca is a partner at MIDAS Aviation, providing market intelligence, data and strategic advice to the industry. She brings considerable and deep understanding of what drives demand for air travel to the projects she undertakes and has worked on hundreds of projects for clients involving market analysis, air service development and traffic forecasting.
Formerly head of IATA’s forecasting and consultancy team, Rebecca has also been instrumental in the development of a number of industry performance benchmarking tools in the areas of traveller views of airports, on-time performance and connectivity. She has also worked for Vancouver Airport in their business development team and before that for two major US carriers in their business planning areas.
With an MBA in Marketing, Rebecca also works with clients to assist the marketing of aviation products and services, contributing from the development of value propositions through to the regular creation of marketing content. She provides commentary on current developments in the aviation sector and has written numerous white papers and articles for OAG on industry developments, including The Pursuit of Punctuality, From Punctuality to Loyalty, Great Expectations – Lifting the Lid on OTP, The Fight for Global Markets and The Big Five – Disruptive Strategies for African Aviation. She has also written about African connectivity and the state of visa openness in Africa for AviaDev.

In his successful consultancy career John has worked around the globe on major strategic projects including Malaysia Airports as a retained consultant for more than ten years, Lima Airport Peru, Amsterdam Schiphol, Perth Western Australia and for Frankfurt Airport on their overseas investment assets.

In 1995, he was seconded by Alenia Aeronautica to strengthen the commercial team of Aero International (Regional), the then joint venture between ATR and British Aerospace. Since 1996 he has been covering several commercial positions in ATR dealing with contracts, financing, asset management and sales, placing more than 150 ATR aircraft so far in his career. He is now Vice President Sales Europe, Africa & Middle East.
He has been also acting as Board Member of the European Regional Airlines Association since 2006.
