Director of Commercial Aviation at Milan Bergamo Airport
After the university studies in Economics and Commerce, I had over 20 years career in the aviation industry at Milan Bergamo airport. Starting as an employee with a temporary contract to assist the set up of the commercial dept of the company that manages the airport, I then grew my position becoming main employee of the aviation development, then manager and then, five years ago, director of commercial aviation development. I am in charge of growing the aviation business at BGY with all customers, ranging from airlines to tour operators to freight operators. Throughout the last two decades, I lived as protagonist the growth of BGY from being a regional airport with just over 400.000 passengers in 1997 to becoming the third airport in Italy expecting over 13,5 million passengers in 2019. The constant search of new business opportunities is the basic rule of my working behaviour.
